Returns and Refunds

Every Rowdy Ridez piece is custom made from the photo you upload, so we handle refunds a little differently than a typical store.

Digital files
Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all digital purchases are final and non-refundable once the file has been emailed to you. If your file does not arrive or there is a problem with it, email us at rowdyridez@gmail.com within 7 days and we will make it right.

Prints and framed prints
Prints are made to order with your custom artwork, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect choices. Please double check your artwork and selected size before ordering.

If your print arrives damaged or defective, email us at rowdyridez@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. There is no need to contact the shipping carrier, just reach out to us and we will submit a claim with our print partner on your behalf and work with you to resolve it. Any replacement or refund depends on the outcome of that claim.
