Welcome to Rowdy Ridez. By accessing our website or placing an order you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. By ordering you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

2. Custom products and your photos
Our products are custom made from photos you upload. You are solely responsible for ensuring that:
- You own the rights to any image you upload, or have permission to use it.
- Your image does not infringe any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right.
- Your image does not contain illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content.

By uploading a photo you grant Rowdy Ridez a limited license to use it solely to create and deliver your artwork and order. Rowdy Ridez reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that violates these terms.

3. Digital files
Digital purchases are delivered electronically and are for your personal use. Digital files are final and non-refundable once delivered. See our Refund Policy for details.

4. Prints and shipping
Physical prints are made to order and currently ship within the United States only. Processing takes 3 to 5 business days plus transit time. See our Shipping Policy.

5. Pricing and payment
All prices are in USD and may change without notice. Payment is processed securely through Shopify at the time of order.

6. Damaged or defective prints
If a print arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will submit a claim with our print partner and work with you to resolve it. Any replacement or refund depends on the outcome of that claim.

7. Intellectual property
All Rowdy Ridez branding, logos, and website content are the property of Rowdy Ridez and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability
Rowdy Ridez is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, issues resulting from incorrect information provided by customers, or any indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

9. Privacy
Your use of our site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes
We may modify these terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Georgia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia.
